  3. Use the glass container and cover it completely with the cheesecloth.

Weed Bacon

Who doesn’t love bacon? With its savoury sweet flavour and its great flexibility as a crispy or chewy meal, you’re sure to have a good time! Then once you’ve introduced cannabis into these gorgeous pork strips, you’re sure to have a deliciously incredible high.

To make this special treat, here are the ingredients you need:

  • 10 strips of American bacon
  • Cannabis powder, amount varies depending on your preference

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Begin the baking process by placing your oven at 107.22°C to pre-heat and make the baking time faster.

  3. Place your cannabis powder inside your oven and bake it for 45 minutes.
  4. While your cannabis is cooking, place your bacon on a clean baking sheet-lined pan. Make sure it doesn’t have excess moisture and is all lined up straight. Doing these two will help you have even, well-cooked bacon.
  5. Once the cannabis is done baking, place it in a salt shaker. Sprinkle it over the bacon until it’s coated to your liking. Be sure to save some cannabis for the other side of the bacon later.
  6. Then place your bacon inside the oven, allowing it to cook for 10 minutes or until it achieves your desired texture.
  7. Once the cooking is done, take the bacon out, and sprinkle your cannabis on the other side again. Cook for 10 minutes or until it has your desired bacon texture.
  8. Allow to cool and then enjoy.

Cannabis Grilled Cheese Sandwich

The perfect blend of savoury and creamy, with a beautifully crispy texture, you’ll find yourself on a warm and comfy high once you’ve had this incredible sandwich!

To experience this warm and familiar meal with a cannabis twist, here are the ingredients you have to use:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp home-made cannabis butter
  • 2 tsp butter

Here’s how you make it:

  1. To begin, you’ll need to spread 2 teaspoons of regular butter on one side of the bread. Once done, add your cannabis butter to another to add that earthy flavour you love about weed.
  2. Then grab your cheddar cheese and gently place it on the Cannabis butter side of your bread. Afterwards, place the other slice of bread and place it on top of the cheese, cannabis-side.
  3. Once your sandwich is complete, grab your frying pan and drizzle a little bit of oil. This will stop the butter on your sandwich from burning and make your sandwich crispier. Turn it on medium heat and fry both sides of the sandwich for 3 minutes or until the bread has turned golden brown and your cheese has melted.

Cannabis Milk

Make mom proud by having a healthy glass of milk! Creamy, earthy and comforting, this cannabis milk is perfect for drinking or adding to many of your marijuana masterpieces.

It’s easy to make this drink, all you need are the following ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz. of ground Cannabis
  • 4 cups of Whole Milk
  • Cheesecloth
  • Large glass container

Here’s how you make it:

  1. Add 4 cups of whole milk in a deep saucepan.
  2. Turn the heat to low to avoid your milk from burning up.
  3. Add your ground cannabis into the milk.
  4. Make sure the milk and cannabis have been fully incorporated.
  5. Then, simmer the mixture for an hour to 1 and a half, depending on the incorporation of the two ingredients.
  6. Keep on stirring to stop your milk from burning up. Additionally, don’t let your milk boil as this can also cause it to burn.
  7. Once the two ingredients have been fully combined, strain the mixture over a cheesecloth-lined, large glass container. This removes any milk curds and cannabis oils.
  8. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then place immediately in the refrigerator.

Depending on the milk you’ve used and the temperature inside your refrigerator, this milk can last for up to 2 weeks.

Weed Shrimp Platter

With savoury and tender shrimp swimming in a weed-infused melted cheese platter, you’re assured not just an incredible full meal, but also a fun and earthy culinary experience!

To enjoy the ‘sea-weed’ meal, have the following ingredients ready for making:

  • 15 pieces of large raw shrimp
  • ¼ teaspoon Cannabutter
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 Green scallion
  • 2 drizzles of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon olive oil
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Here’s how you make it:

  1. Begin making the meal by seasoning your shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Next, chop your onions and scallions into small and thin slices. Since it’s a part of the sauce, avoid leaving them in large pieces. This allows the flavours to be released and make the sauce more flavorful.
  3. Afterwards, place your pan on the stove and add olive oil and cannabis butter. Be sure to keep on stirring to avoid the butter from burning up. Should this happen, you’d have an unappealing bitter sauce.
  4. Then add shallots, onions and scallions into your butter and oil mixture. Keep stirring until your vegetables have become golden brown.
  5. Once your sauce is done, add the shrimp until it’s become orange and tender. To know if it’s cooked, poke the shrimp with a fork and see if it sinks. Then, top your meal with a generous helping of cheddar cheese. For the best results, make sure the resulting sauce ends up gooey.

Cannabis Cookies

Who doesn’t love the chocolatey goodness of a cookie? Then once you’ve incorporated the beautifully earthy flavours of weed, your mouth will experience a flavourful explosion of a childhood favourite growing up to become one for the adults.

To make this beautifully unique treat, here are the ingredients you need:

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup home-made Cannabis Butter
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Here’s how you make it:

  1. To begin making these cookies, you will need to preheat your oven at 191°C for 5 minutes to make the baking process better and faster.
  2. While waiting, mix in your flour, baking soda and salt in the same bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, add in your butters, sugars and mix until fully combined. For more flavour, add drops of your favourite vanilla extract.
  4. In your butters/sugars bowl, add in your maple syrup for the natural sweetness of your cookies.
  5. Then, add in one egg at a time in the wet ingredients bowl. Ensure that each one is thoroughly mixed in before adding the next one.
  6. Add your flour mixture to your wet ingredients bowl. Make sure the two mixtures have properly incorporated themselves with each other for a better cookie result.
  7. Grab a scooper and place each of the mixtures on a baking sheet-lined metal tray. Spray with oil to stop the paper and the cookies from sticking to the tray.
  8. Cook for 9 to 11 minutes or until the cookies are of the right consistency.
  9. You can have these cookies either chewy or crunchy. For a chewier option, it’s best to cook your cookies at a lesser time. If you prefer the crunchy cookie variant, cook it for longer.
  10. Once done, let the cookies cool off for a few minutes and then serve with a cold glass of milk.
